Our submission protection policy allows for a refund of 100% of the registration fee to you, but the following conditions must be met:

1. The film festival where you submitted your work was canceled, or you were removed from Sfilmmaker during the submission period.

2. The first situation is limited to the period before the film festival is officially held. If the official holding time is exceeded, there will be no refund.

Disclaimer clause:

The protection policies only include registration fees. Under no circumstances shall we bear any additional fees exceeding the registration fee.

We cannot guarantee that the work you submit will have any specific results. Our policy does not guarantee that your submitted work will be selected by the organizers, nor can we guarantee that the organizers will inform you of the final review status.

We cannot insure against natural disasters, acts of war, nuclear explosions, and other events of this magnitude. We are not an insurance company and we are not authorized to act as an insurance company. If you cancel multiple submissions without justifiable reasons; If you apply for a refund beyond the official deadline of 120 days for submitting the work, or if you violate the submission protection policy, we have the right to limit or refuse your refund request.

Sfilmmaker reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time. This policy is non-transferable and cannot be resold. If you violate any of the terms of this policy, your insurance under this policy will be invalid. This policy is invalid when prohibited by law.
