The specific regulations are as follows:
a.You are accused of violating the General TOS Service Terms or Supplementary Terms,
b.Any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising from the data, information, or materials provided by you for the competition or work,
c.Any negligence, omission, or intentional misconduct by you,
d.Any personal or physical injury (including death) or property damage caused by you.

Regarding any claims in this section, we will:
(i.) Promptly provide you with written notice of the claims (considering that delaying the notice will not reduce your responsibility, but will actually affect your defense);
(ii.) Provide reasonable assistance during the defense and resolution of the claim.
(iii.) Given the lack of our prior written consent (which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), you may not be able to resolve the issue of the claim; We will choose our own lawyer and may voluntarily participate in the defense and resolution of the claim (at our own expense). Please note that your commitment to comply with the obligations of Article 8 of this agreement does not equate to compliance with other obligations under the General Terms.



9. General conventions for using services

The service you use does not grant us ownership of your work. As between you and us, you retain ownership of your work.



You declare and guarantee that
(1)you have or control all rights to the materials you submit,
(2)the submitted materials are accurate,
(3)the use of the submitted materials does not violate the relevant terms of use of the website or service or applicable laws,
(4)the submitted materials will not cause harm to anyone or other subjects,
(5)you will not provide us with any defamatory, defamatory, obscene or illegal materials.
