3. The entries are required to have clear images, no less than 1080P high-definition format, Chinese subtitles, and Chinese and English subtitles are encouraged to be juxtaposed, both in Mandarin and dialects, and the duration of the film is 3 to 45 minutes.The best documentary time needs to be more than 60 minutes.
4. It is forbidden to appear in the entries insulting the party and the country, vulgar content, low style, and rendering violent pornography.
