Tianjin Binhai International Micro Film Festival was founded in 2012. It is located in Tianjin City Business Card and International Class D Film Festival. Rules
1. Teachers and students from colleges and universities, professional art colleges, professional video creators, grassroots original authors, video lovers, and foreigners can all participate in the registration.
2. All entries must be original works created by the participant or the group, and the original author or team agrees to participate. The organizing committee of the competition does not assume legal responsibilities arising from disputes including portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights, etc. If such disputes occur, the organizer reserves the right to cancel its qualifications for participation and to recover the awards.
3. The entries are required to have clear images, no less than 1080P high-definition format, Chinese subtitles, and Chinese and English subtitles are encouraged to be juxtaposed, both in Mandarin and dialects, and the duration of the film is 3 to 45 minutes.The best documentary time needs to be more than 60 minutes.
4. It is forbidden to appear in the entries insulting the party and the country, vulgar content, low style, and rendering violent pornography.
5. Participants do not need to pay the submission fee.
