Minsk International Film Festival Listapad (commonly known as LISTAPAD) is the largest and most prestigious film festival in Belarus. The festival takes place annually in Minsk, Belarus, usually in November. The name "Listapad" means "November" in Belarusian.

    The Minsk International Film Festival LISTAPAD presents a wide range of awards across its competitive sections. The festival's highest honor is the Golden Listapad (Grand Prix), awarded to the best film in the International Feature Film Competition. Additional awards in this competition include Best Director, the Yury Marukhin Award for Best Cinematography, and various Special Jury Awards recognizing outstanding artistic achievements.

    In the Youth on the March Competition, the festival presents the Victor Turov Award to the most distinguished film by an emerging filmmaker. The Documentary Competition features awards for Best Documentary Film, Best Debut or Second Documentary, and Special Jury Prizes.

    The children's and youth section, known as Listapadzik, grants awards for Best Children's Film, Best Youth Film, Best Young Actor/Actress, Best Adult Actor in a Children's Film, and the audience-selected Golden Listapadzik Award.

    LISTAPAD also recognizes acting achievements through awards for Best Leading Actress, Best Leading Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Supporting Actor. The festival's critics' jury presents the Silver Listapad – Art as Phenomenon Award, honoring exceptional artistic accomplishment.

    In addition, the festival grants a special award For Humanism and Spirituality in Cinema, recognizing films that explore profound moral, humanitarian, and spiritual themes. Audience members also participate in the awards process through the Listapad Bronze Audience Award, which is presented to the feature film receiving the highest audience rating.

    While LISTAPAD is highly respected internationally and offers significant prestige and industry recognition, the festival primarily awards trophies, certificates, honorary distinctions, and jury awards, with no regularly published cash prizes in its official award structure.

    Films submitted to the Minsk International Film Festival LISTAPAD must comply with the festival's official regulations and eligibility requirements. Submitted works should be completed within the period specified for the current edition and must not violate any copyright, intellectual property, or third-party rights. Entrants are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances for the use of music, images, and other protected materials contained in the film.

    By submitting a film, the rights holder confirms that they possess the legal authority to enter the work into the festival and grant the organizers permission to screen the film during the festival. Selected films may be used in festival promotional materials, including excerpts, still images, trailers, and press publications, for the purpose of promoting the festival and the selected work.

    The festival reserves the right to determine a film's eligibility, competition category, and screening section. Decisions made by the selection committee and juries are final and cannot be appealed. Submission materials must be complete and accurate, and the festival may disqualify entries that provide false information or fail to comply with the regulations.

    Participants are generally responsible for ensuring that screening copies and promotional materials are delivered according to the festival's technical requirements and deadlines.
