Introduction to the film festival
● An independent film festival founded by the international film producer & distributor Maggie Anwer
● The festival has taken place in London and Paris for 12 years
● La Femme Short Film Festival for short films, scripts, and projects
● La Femme Independent Film Festival for features, documentaries, and projects of more than 30 minutes
● La Femme FF is an independent festival that supports & promotes aspiring filmmakers all over the world.
● The festival's main objective is to raise awareness about female filmmakers and their projects and stories and to connect filmmakers and artists with each other.
● The aim of our festival is to support women who work in the film industry and to promote and screen films that discuss stories or issues about or for women or made by women.
● The festival is also geared towards supporting artists globally.
● It's part of our international film festivals that started in 2005.
● Sfilmmaker is our exclusive platform for cooperation in China, we welcomes all Chinese Filmmakers to review and apply for the upcoming 2025 La Femme Independent Film Festival on the platform.

Rules
Rules & Terms:
1. All the films, projects are welcome from all over the world.
2.The submitter has the right to send the film.
3-Feature Films must be more than 30 minutes
4- Short Films Less than 30 minutes will be removed .
5- The production year must be 2 years max before the submission.
6-Preferable first time screening in the city our festival take place.
7-photo competition (nature, food, people, event, street, any artistic photo
8- script competition | unproduced script short one to 5 pages long script 10 to 30 pages
9- music competition " original music content, duration 5 minutes max.
10-Old production competition | films that were produced from 2000 to 2018 _, not recent production and must be the first time to participate in the festival we will remove any film that took place with us before
11_Festival has the right to use the materials.
12. We accept all kind of films projects ( short, feature, animation, documentary, Tv show, Games, etc)
_IF you send your project, you cant ask the organizers to remove it or for any refunds
_Respect the jury, the winners, and all the harmful or racist or hate speeches not acceptable
