Introduction to the film festival

KeyFrame - International Art & Film Festival that happens 4 times in a year with Yearly live-screening in the cultural center of Russia - Saint-Petersburg. Every season from all winners KeyFrame selecting 5 works that will run in our Annual event. Participants will have opportunity to make international communications with filmmakers. Our main focus - Authors with unique ideas, visions, art methods. We're looking for those, who will become keyframe on giant timeline of Art. Season winners will receive official certificate by request. Best work of the year will receive 3,000.00$ cash prize.Sfilmmaker is our exclusive platform for cooperation in China, and we look forward to your good film.

1.If the film is not in English, it must have English subtitles. 2.All entry fees are non-refundable. 3.Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted. 4.The decision of the festival selection committee is final. 5.Films that are submitted must be the entrant’s original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third Parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images. Etc presented in their film. 6.KeyFrame can use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster/stills) for promotional purposes 7.Festival dates & place may be subject to delay or change.
