Introduction to the film festival
Ningbo Short Film Festival is characterized by "internationalization, specialization and industrialization". It is committed to mining high-quality films from multiple levels and perspectives, promoting international cooperation and exchange, providing fair and fair competition links, commending excellent works and excellent creative teams, and enriching the reserve of film and television talents. . The 6th Ningbo micro Film Festival has set up three competition units, namely short film unit, short video unit and script unit, to collect works from all over the world. (1) short film unit . Original films with unlimited themes and no more than 30 minutes' duration (including the beginning and the end of the film) and conforming to the conditions listed in the "overall rules" - "entry qualification" in the competition regulations, can be submitted to this unit for selection. (2) short video unit . Take "introducing China to the world, introducing Ningbo to China" as the topic selection direction, the video works with the duration of no more than 8 minutes (the specified duration includes the beginning and end of the film) and meet the conditions listed in the "overall rules" - "entry qualification" in the competition regulations. The types include plot, record, vlog and other forms, but do not include the segments of advertising films and long feature films, and the shooting equipment is unlimited. . Using the tournament mode, "primary selection (submission of individual works) - Selection (selection of 20 short video creation teams or individuals) - proposition creation (award support for creation) - venture capital and film exhibition" mode. (3) script unit . There is no limit to the theme. Short films and online movie scripts are solicited from the whole network, among which "introducing China to the world and Ningbo to China" is preferred. The creator shall submit a script outline of less than 2000 words, and conduct the script roadshow venture capital (the form of roadshow will be notified separately).

Rules
1. Format requirements . The film must be the original film, output high-definition video above 1080p, MP4, mpg, MOV video formats can be used, the code stream should not exceed 30m, and the picture should not have additional watermark. Chinese and English subtitles shall be adopted for domestic short films; English or Chinese subtitles shall be adopted for foreign short films; Chinese and English subtitles shall be adopted for subtitles of short video units; script outline within 2000 words shall be submitted for script units (further notice shall be given for subsequent roadshows). 2. Work requirements . For works completed on or after June 1, 2019, all entries are required to be original, original, original, ingenious and positive, and comply with national laws, regulations and copyright requirements. Each author can post multiple works, and only one unit can be delivered for the same work. . 3. Additional materials . Short video unit registration materials include application form + authorization agreement + poster, and short film unit registration materials include application form + authorization agreement + poster + high-definition propaganda film (trailer, shooting sidelights, etc.). (1) PDF version and word version should be provided for the application form;(2) the entry authorization agreement and copyright declaration should be completed and signed by hand, and the unit should be stamped with official seal; scanning copy or electronic picture should be provided;; (3) posters and promotional videos should be provided. The poster requires a horizontal and vertical version of JPG format, and the duration of high-definition promotional film is required to be less than 2 minutes, including MP4, MPG and mov video formats; . 4. Copyright information . The contestant must ensure that the music, sound, image, text and other materials used in the film are original or have obtained the authorization of the original copyright owner, and the recording materials shall obtain the portrait right of the photographed person and the license of shooting. In case of any legal dispute caused by the participating film, the legal liability caused shall be borne by the applicant. In case of copyright or portrait infringement, the organizing committee has the right to reject the film.
