The UK Seasonal Short Film Festival's decision is final, and we cannot enter into discussion about films not accepted. If your film is chosen to screen in competition, we will send you an acceptance email and request a download or digital transfer of your short film and expect to receive one as soon as possible. The file must be received by the date stated in the acceptance email, or your film will not be screened. If selected, your film can only be screened for the festival edition you have submitted to. We cannot postpone screenings of your film to later festivals. UK Seasonal Short Film Festival is hereby granted the right to utilize for up to a year after the festival an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized for up to a year after the festival to commit the film for screening (including but not limited to multiple screenings in multiple U.K. and International locations), and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. By submitting your entry you consent to, and have obtained all necessary consents for (and agree to provide copies of the same on request), all or any part of the production being reproduced for up to a year after the festival by the Organizers and/or any other parties authorized by the Organizers and/or broadcast by a third party in any media (e.g. press, television, internet or telephone download), solely in relation to, and in support of, the Festival provided that, wherever reasonably possible, the author of the work is given appropriate notification and credit.* *Please note that we will notify you and will proceed only when we have your confirmation, if we intend to curate your work in programs outside of the festival screenings. You will, of course, be given the opportunity to opt out.
Longer Short Film (15 - 30 minutes) (Includes Pilots, Web Series)
