We are announcing SPIFF 2019, which will take place during 3 days in July 2019. SPIFF - International Film Festival of short films and animation, started in 2017 in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Saint-Petersburg (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Petersburg) - one of the most beautiful places in the World with more than 5 million citizens and many, many, many film lovers. SPIFF makes regular thematic screenings in different places of Saint-Petersburg. Our motto: No internet screenings - only live show!

There are no premier requirements.
Films can be available in Internet.
Cash prize (30% of total amount of entry fee SPIFF World Cup of Dance Video 2019) will be send to the winner by PayPal. All PayPal fees, fees of Sfilmmaker are reducing the cash prize.

Competition of films devoted to women

Short films (up to 30 min including credits) in any style and any genre (fiction, animation, documentary, experimental, video-art), made not earlier than 2016 year.
Films, submitted to this competition, should be focused on women and the role of women in modern world.
Films with dialogs (text) must be subtitled in English.
There are no premier requirements.
