Awards

The Short Film Show does not offer a traditional competition prize. Instead, selected films are added to our streaming platform, where they earn revenue based on viewership and platform performance.

Our model is:

  • No competition format – We do not have winners or cash prizes.
  • Revenue-sharing model – Selected filmmakers earn money from their films being streamed.
  • Long-term earnings – Instead of a one-time prize, films can generate ongoing revenue based on audience engagement.

Terms and Conditions for Film Submissions

Welcome to The Short Film Show, where we celebrate and showcase exceptional talent in short filmmaking from around the globe. 

Before submitting your film, please review and understand the following key terms:

Ownership and Rights: You must own all rights to your film and ensure all third-party materials, such as music and artwork, are properly licensed for worldwide distribution.

Liability: By submitting, you agree to indemnify The Short Film Show against any claims related to copyright infringement or other legal issues arising from your Content.

Duration Limit: Films must not exceed 45 minutes to meet programming requirements. Longer submissions may be considered for future opportunities.

Submission Options: Filmmakers may submit their work as non-exclusive or opt for exclusive placement for better visibility on the platform. Non-exclusive submissions allow films to be used across our platforms and promotional materials without additional payment, while exclusive submissions may receive prioritized placement and promotion.

Discretionary Usage: Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Accepted films may appear on our show, digital platforms, or promotional channels at our sole discretion.

Selection: If your film is selected, you will be sent a link where you will be redirected to our website for additional onboarding, term acceptance and placement on the platform.

Revisions and Updates: Terms may be updated periodically; please review the latest version before submitting.
