Submission of a film constitutes acceptance of these Entry Rules & Regulations (by filmmakers and their agents), please review this document carefully prior to submitting your film for consideration. By submitting to the Festival, will be automatically authorizing screen your movie on the Festival´s date and venue. DO NOT send us your press kit until your film has been selected.
All Non-English films MUST have English subtitles You may submit more than one film. Each film must be submitted separately with your form and appropriate fee。
4 weeks before the festival, the selected films should provide the final version of their films in Quicktime or Mp4 version and all material required by the Festival Staff.
