New Order Youth International Film Festival (NOYIFF) is an international platform dedicated to young creators in the field of visual storytelling.
NOYIFF firmly believes that youth are not merely the future of cinema — they are the pioneers who, here and now, are reshaping visual perception, camera language, and narrative expression.
NOYIFF is not only a grand celebration of cinema, but also a dynamic network that connects young people around the world. Through films, videos, and experimental forms, young creators from diverse cultural backgrounds come together to build connections, engage in dialogue, inspire one another, and shine light on each other’s journeys.
From aesthetic exploration to technical experimentation, from interactive masterclasses to global screenings, NOYIFF showcases the vibrant creative power of youth through a variety of formats. This unique energy has made NOYIFF a beloved platform among emerging filmmakers worldwide.
In 2024, NOYIFF received an impressive 5,691 outstanding film submissions from over 120 countries and regions across the globe — a powerful testament to the festival’s global resonance and the creative passion of the next generation of storytellers.

Submission Guidelines for NOYIFF 2025
The New Order Youth International Film Festival (NOYIFF) welcomes submissions from filmmakers worldwide. Please review the following eligibility criteria and technical requirements before submitting your work.
General Submission Requirements (All Categories)
Originality: All submitted works must be original creations.
Accepted Genres: Narrative, Documentary, Animation, Experimental.
Film Duration: 1–40 minutes (including opening and closing credits).
Production Date: Only films completed on or after May 30, 2024 are eligible.
Premiere Status: Priority will be given to premiere screenings.
Subtitles: All films, regardless of language, must include English subtitles.
File Format: H.264 MP4 preferred; minimum resolution 1080p.
Submission Fee: NZD $12 per entry.
Eligibility: Open to individuals and collectives from all countries and regions.
Vertical Format Requirements (Antigravity Unit Only)
If submitting to the Antigravity｜Vertical Film Section, the following additional requirements apply:
Vertical Format Compliance:
Films must be shot or exported in vertical format.
Horizontal works cropped to vertical will not be accepted.
Eligible Formats:
Vertical films may include live-action, animation, or hybrid (mixed media) forms.
Creative Direction:
Submissions are encouraged to explore the unique visual language and composition shaped by the social media era, embracing the artistic potential of vertical storytelling.
Participation & Festival Engagement
Selected Films:
If your film is selected, you will be invited to participate in festival activities including public screenings, post-screening discussions, the awards ceremony, and the NOYIFF red carpet gala.
Screening Rights:
By submitting your film, you grant NOYIFF the non-exclusive right to publicly screen your work as part of the festival programming.
Honours & Modifications:
The organising committee reserves the right to adjust the titles and number of awards, and to revise the festival procedures as needed. Updates will be communicated in due course.
