Subtitles: If the film is in a language other than English, subtitles must require in English.
Rights and Permissions
Rights to the Film: The filmmaker must hold the necessary rights to the content in the film, including music, visuals, and any other intellectual property.
Screening Rights: By submitting, filmmakers grant the festival permission to screen their film as part of the festival.
Promotional Use: The festival often reserves the right to use clips, trailers, and promotional materials from the film for marketing the festival.
Selection & Judging Process
Selection Method: Films will be evaluated based on artistic, technical, and thematic merits. The festival’s decisions regarding film acceptance and awards are final, and can’t be challenged.
Notification:
The officially selected films will be notified by the festival via email on 31 May 2025.
Result will be announced in advance on 05 June 2025.
Screenings, Result, Ceremony & award dispatch:
· The films screnning & ceremony will be held in Bangalore on 15 June 2025.
· The delegate registration in order to attend the festival in Bangalore will start in last week of May-25. Day hospitality charges are applicable for filmmakers & attendees which covers buffet lunch & Tea/ Coffee/ Snacks during the day.
· The festival does not take any type financial commitment for the expense incurred on the correspondence by the participant. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participant himself for attending the festival. No request for the same will be entertained.
· The actual postal charges are applicable for the delivery of certificates/trophy/awards.
