Introduction to the film festival

From July 21 to 24, 2026, Sacramento it'll be the city of film. We will have a festival for all tastes, with different themes, in different formats. There will be cinema and web series, but there will also be room for music and scripts. All this in the SACRAMENTO UNDERGROUND FILM & ARTS FESTIVAL. From the city of Sacramento we want to welcome all participants and fans to this new edition of SACRAMENTO UNDERGROUND FILM & ARTS FESTIVAL. Again this year, the Festival has the support and collaboration of private companies, individuals and institutions that, altruistically, have been involved in the organization to make this fifth edition a reality. We want to move all this enthusiasm and celebrate this film event in our city.Sfilmmaker is our exclusive platform for cooperation in China, and we look forward to your good film.

The Sacramento Underground Film & Arts Festival will take place in Sacramento from July 21 to 24, 2025 

1. There are no restrictions on themes and topics. 

 2. All films must be spoken in English or must include English subtitles. 

 3. Submission Deadline Submissions will be accepted from October 24, 2025. 

4. Submission Format Films must be submitted via Sfilmmaker. 

5. In the case of sending the link to download the film by e-mail, the link must remain active until September 24, 2026 

6. Submission Eligibility - There is no premiere policy for submission. 

7. Premiere Status - There is no premiere policy.
