Introduction to the film festival
The LUSH International Film Campaign Event is a star project of the Guangzhou Film Industry Expo and Trade Fair, co-organized by the China World Film Society and the Guangzhou Film Industry Expo and Trade Fair Organizing Committee. The Guangzhou Film Industry Expo and Trade Fair is hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal Government and undertaken by the Publicity Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee. It will be unveiled to the world in Guangzhou from September 27 to 29, 2024.
The China World Film Society is under the supervision of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee. It is the first mass academic exchange group in China that is engaged in professional exhibitions, research and evaluation of films from all over the world, and promotes cooperation and interaction between Chinese and world films. It is a bridge and bond for communication and cooperation between Chinese and world films.

Rules
From now until August 10, the "LUSH Project" will solicit Chinese feature film projects with a production cost of less than 20 million yuan from all Chinese filmmakers, with a creative outline and script stage for the candidate directors, producers and some main creative teams.
Registration conditions
1. The content of the work complies with the relevant policies and regulations of the film authorities, promotes the core values of socialism, and has a certain level of artistic technology;
2. Chinese citizens (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents) and overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese who are 18 years old or older can register;
3. As a director or producer, you must have participated in the completion of at least one film and television work (including web dramas, short films, advertisements, etc.) of any type;
4. You can coordinate your personal time to participate in the training camp and all related activities throughout the process.
Registration method
1. This year's The LUSH International Film Campaign Event adopts online and is the only registration method. Please submit The LUSH International Film Campaign Event Registration Form online through the Sfilmmaker platform and submit it before 23:59 on August 10, 2024;
2. Before 23:59 on August 10, 2024, upload the materials in the following application materials list in the following format: "Application Project Name" + Name (such as: "Morning and Dusk" + Zhang San) to the New Film Circle platform;
3. If there is any change in contact information, please notify the organizer in time. If you cannot get in touch due to your own reasons, you will be deemed to have automatically waived the selection qualification;
4. This venture capital event does not charge any registration fee.
